Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Welcome to this website of Light de Literacy. We make public our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for the cause on payment gateway as under:-
We use a payment gateway for two purposes; for receiving donations and for contributions towards our initiatives.
For Receiving Donation:
No refund/cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor will be entertained for online donations through the online payment gateway after the donation is accepted from our Online Payment Gateway service providers unless there is a fraud notification from our Payment Gateway Service Providers.
Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor. No cancellation is to be made. The donation will be used for the socio-developmental work for Society under the aegis of Light de Literacy.
In special cases, if the payment is made by mistake or for any reason, the refund can be given as an in-principle approval of the Governing Body and the request will be entertained only within 2 working days from the date of receipt of payment can go.
